The recommendation has to survive contact with your business.
More than twenty-five years in technology sales, including HP and Lenovo, taught me to look beyond whether a solution sounds good. Can the team use it? Will it fit the way the business works? What happens when it doesn’t?
I worked with companies whose own products depended on HP technology, alongside their executives, engineers, and operations teams. Those decisions had consequences for what they could sell and support. My earlier work in electronics, technical teaching, and field service helped me ask the questions a sales presentation can leave out.
That is the experience I bring to your decisions: connecting what the technology can do with what your customers and your business actually need.
You should be able to question the advice.
“AI can do that” is the beginning of a discussion, not a business case. More leads won’t fix a follow-up problem. A clearer website may help more than another campaign. The right answer depends on what is actually getting in the way.
I’ll tell you what I see, what I’m assuming, and what I’d check before spending more. If a purchase isn’t necessary, I’ll say so. If something is outside my experience, I’ll say that too.
Look at the work before you take my word for it.
Credibility needs more than a confident About page. Read a field guide, try the website self-check, or look at the sample review. You can judge whether the thinking is clear and the recommendations are useful before we discuss working together.
Wise. Nimble. Fruitful.
Listen before deciding. Keep the work focused enough to put into practice. Measure the results so the next decision rests on evidence.
Small by design. Accountable by name.
You work directly with me. We agree on the problem, the scope, and what I’ll deliver. You know who is doing the work and who to ask when something needs explaining.
Rabbit River Systems is based in the Pacific Northwest. The work is focused: useful diagnostics, practical tools, and a next step you understand, not a proposal that needs its own project manager.
