How we work

Listen carefully. Make a focused improvement.

Start with what is happening in your business. Agree on a useful change, keep the scope clear, and check whether the work makes a difference.

Talk through a starting point →

First, we talk.

If I’ve sent you an email or a video, we can start with those observations. If you found me another way, tell me what brought you here. I’ll ask questions and share what I’d look at first.

You don’t need to prepare a presentation, send records, or give me account access for the first conversation.

Then, we choose a next step.

It might be a resource you can use yourself. It might be a defined diagnostic or another small deliverable. It might be work for a different specialist. If I don’t see a useful fit, I’ll say so.

Before any paid work, we agree on what you’ll receive, the price, and the delivery date. The conversation itself doesn’t commit you to a purchase.

The work has an endpoint.

Rabbit River is built around useful deliverables. A diagnostic should give you specific findings and a clear handoff. A tool or worksheet should have an understandable job.

I can build a focused solution, adapt an existing tool, or coordinate with an appropriate specialist. Implementation and any ongoing support need their own agreed scope, responsibilities, and price. A diagnostic purchase does not automatically include that work.

Agree on what improvement means.

Choose a result we can examine: time spent, response time, rework, qualified inquiries, or another measure that fits the problem. Record the starting point, check the result, and use what we learn to decide the next step.

Modern tools. Human judgment.

I use AI to research, analyze, and build. It can produce mistakes as readily as useful results. For a diagnostic, I review the generated findings before delivery and distinguish what was observed from what still needs checking.

A website scan can identify accessible information and visible problems. It cannot reveal everything happening inside a business or guarantee that a search platform will recommend it.

A useful place to start

Let’s look at what’s
getting in the way.

Twenty minutes, phone or video. Tell me what’s happening. I’ll ask a few questions, share what I see, and we’ll decide whether there’s a useful next step.
